We're seeking a Junior Technology Advisorwho is personable, assertive, and possesses a deep familiarity with cloud-based tools.In this role, you'll be able to combine your passion for technology with your natural social skills. You'll find satisfaction in providing superior customer service, solving complex problems, and helping clients maximize the benefit they gain from our services. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Use your strong social skills to provide superior customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues both remotely and on-site.

  • Leverage your assertiveness to decisively solve problems related to various cloud-based tools.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues.

  • Use your cloud-based tools expertise to assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Maintain a consistent work schedule, ensuring availability to clients during regular business hours and for emergency support when necessary.

  • Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a Junior Technology Advisoror similar role, preferably with a focus on cloud-based tools.

  • 1-3 years of experience managing Windows or Microsoft 365 environments

  • 1-3 years experience managing Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS)

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decisiveness.

  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools and platforms.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role in the MSP or IT industry

 

Education:

 

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience, particularly with cloud-based tools, will also be highly considered.
